Good morning, I have attached the heat sheet here. We will need a few timers for this meet so please let me know if you are available. We will be warming up at 9:35am, so please make sure your swimmers are there for warmups.
We follow pool rules regarding lightning (within 8 miles of the pool), which means a 30 minute delay for each instance. Practice is only cancelled if it is clear that the pool will not be re-opened in time to hold a partial practice. The head coach will make every effort to notify you if practice is cancelled for the evening. Rain alone does not cancel practice.
