Hi everyone,

A few quick updates for Saturday’s meet:

We officially have 27 swimmers attending...wow! With that number, we will need at least six (6) volunteers. We are not able to start the meet without these roles filled. You can sign up for a job through the meet invite. Volunteers get the best view on deck, a chair, and a few snacks!

Weather is currently showing a chance of storms. Please plan as if the meet is happening unless you hear otherwise. Attached you’ll find our team entries (including relays with order) and the psych sheet. I should receive the heat sheet by the end of the day on Friday.

Arrival & Timing
Warmups begin at 9:00 AM.
Swimmers should arrive by 8:45 AM at the latest. An earlier arrival helps you secure better seating.

Meet Details
Location: YMCA Pool at Pearl Cohn High School, 904 26th Ave. N., Nashville, TN 37208
Doors Open: 7:45 a.m.
Warmups Begin: 9:00 a.m.
Timers Meeting: 9:30 a.m. (starting end of the pool)
Meet Begins: 10:00 a.m.
