Good evening YMCA families,

It’s time to register for our Spring Championship Swim Meet; our final meet of the 2025-2026 season!

Swimmers may enter up to four (4) individual events and two (2) relays. Coaches will create relay teams based on registered swimmers. If your swimmer has a scheduling conflict (for example, a baseball game later in the day), please let me know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Please note that relay participation requires commitment. If a swimmer is placed on a relay and cancels last minute, it impacts three other teammates who lose that opportunity.

Entries are due by 7:00 PM on Sunday. Coaches may make final adjustments to individual events leading up to the meet to optimize team points.

Championship Meet Theme: Luau
We’re excited to celebrate with a luau theme! Coaches will provide leis for swimmers, and we’re keeping decorations simple this year. We would love for families to go all out with cheers and team spirit to celebrate our swimmers. If you have any fun luau-themed items at home you’d be willing to share, feel free to reach out.

Volunteers Needed
As a reminder, we need one volunteer timer for every five swimmers signed up. At this point, we are in need of at least two (2) timers, and that number may increase as registrations come in. We are unable to start the meet without these positions filled.
As a thank you, we will waive meet fees for one swimmer per volunteer. Please reach out if you are interested in volunteering or have any questions! 

Meet Details
Location: YMCA Pool at Pearl Cohn High School, 904 26th Ave. N., Nashville, TN 37208
Doors Open: 7:45 a.m.
Warmups Begin: 8:30 a.m. or 9:00 a.m. (final time will be confirmed)
Timers Meeting: 9:30 a.m. (starting end of the pool)
Meet Begins: 10:00 a.m.
