Hey all,

We’re excited for our upcoming swim meet on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at the YMCA Pool at Pearl Cohn High School (904 26th Ave. N., Nashville, TN 37208).

Schedule:

• Doors Open: 7:45 a.m.
• Warmups: 8:30 a.m. (Group 1) | 9:00 a.m. (Group 2)
• Timers Meeting: 9:30 a.m.
• Meet Begins: 10:00 a.m.

When we know which group we are in for warmups, we will send that info out! (Likely early next week.)

Important Reminders:

• Admission is free.
• Concessions will not be provided; outside food is allowed but must stay away from the pool deck.
• Parking is available in designated lots only (no road or front loop parking).
• Swimmers may compete in up to 4 individual events and 2 relays.
• Entry deadline is Friday, February 20 at 8:00 p.m. (no late or deck entries will be accepted).
• Entry fee is $14 per swimmer, plus $2 per individual event and $2 per relay.

All teams are required to provide volunteers. Please be on the lookout for volunteer assignments and additional details, including heat sheets and warm-up lane assignments, which will be shared the week of the meet.
