Hi!

I hope everyone has stayed warm during this heavy week. I wanted to send a reminder that we do not have a swim meet today. Because of the severe weather and below freezing temperature, the meet organizer moved the meet to next week, February 7th. Unfortunately, all of our coaches (myself included) are not available to be at the meet. Both Donelson Management and I decided that it would be best to skip that meet. Our next meet is the Sweetheart Meet on February 28th!

Before the ice storm, we had a parent meeting. If you were not at the parent meeting, I have linked the slide deck and parent handbook that we went over. Please see me at practice this week to get your swimmer's cap (if you don't already have it!)

Reminder: Sunday starts a new month, so please re-register your swimmer (front desk or online)! 

Starting this week, we will have skill clinics on Wednesdays from 8:00 - 8:30 pm. There is no additional sign up or payment required. Our coaches will rotate leading the different weeks. The skills are as follows: 

• Feb. 4: Flipturns
• Feb. 11: Breaststroke
• Feb. 18: Butterfly
• Feb. 25: Starts

Lastly, our new coach, Abigail, will start to be on deck this week. She will mostly be observing and learning about our program, but please help me make her feel welcomed.
