Hi Parents! 

I briefly mentioned this in our last email, but we have officially nailed down the date and time for our mandatory parent meeting! This meeting will take place during practice on Wednesday, January 21st. 

While Coach Izzy and Coach Dominique are running practice, Coach Cara and Kaleighanna will run the parent meeting. Please plan to attend during your swimmer’s practice time: 

Flippers Parents: 6:10–6:50 PM 

Fins Parents: 7:10–7:50 PM 

Location: The meeting will be held in the Admin Room (the door is on the back wall of the basketball gym). 

During the meeting, we will cover: 

• Team expectations 
• The calendar for the rest of the season
• Volunteer opportunities and ways to be more involved 
• Updates/changes as we head into the new year 

We’ll also have a quick parent survey available so we can gather feedback and continue improving communication and the overall team experience this season. If you are unable to attend, please email Coach Cara ahead of time so we can follow up with the information you missed.
