Team Outing - Vanderbilt Meet

Hi Dolphins! 

I am so excited about tomorrow's team outing! As a reminder, everyone who comes will be entered into a raffle for a swim basket full of awesome goodies (winner will be announced at practice on 2/2)! Attached you will find a quick one pager with details on how collegiate swim meets run.

Details: 

  • Time: 1 pm [college meets are about 90 minutes long]
  • Location: Centennial Sportsplex, Tracy Caulkins Pool - 222 25th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37203 [Limited free parking is available in the Centennial Sportsplex lot.]
    • There is an ice skating rink attached to the same building the pool is located
  • It’s totally FREE!
  • PROHIBITED ITEMS - Vanderbilt staff will make the final decision on any questionable items.
    • Large bags
    • Drugs and alcohol
    • Weapons of any kind, including guns, knives, pocket knives, explosive devices, etc. are not permitted in Centennial Sportsplex. Attempting to bring weapons of any kind into the facility will result in immediate arrest. 
    • Video cameras and cameras with lenses longer than six inches (6”) 
    • Artificial noisemakers 
    • Animals (service animals must have proper documentation) 
    • Athletic equipment
